History of Proaxiom

2018

  • Actively taking part in the newly formed Open Data Alliance New Zealand (ODANZ) – an initiative which has been formed to support GovHack as well as other business and community data hack events
  • Involved in the Whanganui District council’s digital initiative
  • Proaxiom has moved to a new office with a growing team of 11 full time employees and 3 University Students

2017

  • Implementation of MAPS to support PEXA’S core settlement and lodgements platform
  • Continuous support of GovHack NZ

2016

  • Proaxiom works with new Melbourne based start-up Property Exchange Australia (PEXA)
  • Continuous support of GovHack NZ
  • Participated in the Whanganui submission to the Intelligent Community Forum where Whanganui was placed in the top seven

2015

  • Provided MAPS to support Telecom New Zealand (now Spark) implementation of its new CRM system
  • Proaxiom moved to Whanganui
  • 3 full time employees servicing our existing clients in New Zealand, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom
  • Proaxiom is involved in community initiatives such as GovHack NZ in Whanganui and Awa City Computer Clubhouse

2014

  • Worked with New Zealand based client Meridian Energy – providing our Reachout product to support collections processes through telemessaging services.

2011

  • Acquired a new client in Hong Kong, Lantau Group. Proaxiom provides cloud support services as well as remote server support to their team in Hong Kong and New Zealand

2005

  • Proaxiom expands to Australia
  • Partnership agreement with FIS to implement MAPS to streamline the Macquarie Bank’s credit card application processing
  • Worked with HSBC – implementing MAPS to orchestrate credit card, home loan and personal loan application processing
  • Worked with National Australia Group Europe – implementing a solution for its Fraud Case Management supporting the Bank’s Credit and Debit Card fraud team

2004

  • Built and implemented a 24 hour medical center doctor rostering system for Pegasus Health in Christchurch

2001

  • Proaxiom expands to the UK
  • Engaged by National Australia Group Europe – to provide MAPS to streamline their credit card application process

1998

  • Proaxiom Holdings Limited is formed.
  • Based in Wellington CBD, 5 Full time employees start out providing IT solutions for the credit Industry
  • First major client was the Bank of New Zealand – implementing MAPS to centralize their credit card processing application
  • Worked with Telecom New Zealand – providing a collection management system which incorporated behavioral scoring
